With more than six years experience in editing and writing, Shannon has worked in the journalism, public relations, and marketing fields. Her expertise lies in adapting her writing and editing style to distinct sectors of communication, crafting content that connects with audiences while meeting industry standards. Her work has included creating integrated messaging for ad and email blast campaigns, writing and editing website content and print materials for higher education, and managing extensive public relations efforts. Shannon has written for various print and web publications and has completed training in search engine optimization.
Jessica Sherer

Jessica Sherer has earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Development. She has more than seven years experience in editing and writing, working with magazines and higher education to develop content solutions and provide editorial leadership for integrated marketing campaigns, including both print and online platforms. Her expertise includes ensuring the content quality, suitability, and mechanical accuracy of written communication in alignment with specific editorial standards.
