How do I submit content to you?
You can email small documents to your writer/editor as an attachment. For larger files, you can use our secure FTP site to upload your documents. If you need to send hard copy, printed materials, you can mail them to PO Box 1322, Glendora, CA 91740.
Do I need to give you credit for material written?
We do not require acknowledgment on material you have written and we’ve simply proofread or edited. Credit and/or copyright for writing we produce will depend on the type of writing needed and how it will be used.
How do you protect privacy and confidentiality?
Our email and FTP site are secured by our service provider and password protected. Our mail is secured in a lock-and-key post office box. Once your documents are in our possession, we handle them with the utmost care and sensitivity. If your project requires a specific level of discretion, just let us know and we will be sure to take additional measures to protect your privacy.
What style guides do you work with?
We have extensive experience writing and editing in the MLA, APA, AP, and Chicago styles. We can also readily adapt our editing and writing to meet your specific style standards.
What are your payment options?
Once we have satisfactorily completed your project, we will submit to you an invoice. We ask that you then send a check via mail to PO Box 1322, Glendora, CA 91740. We anticipate soon having the option to accept payment securely through our website. Please check back for updates.
How long will it take to get my project back?
Timelines vary widely depending on how many pages of content you have and which service you need. They are also largely influenced by how quickly materials and drafts are exchanged back and forth between us and you.
